unravel.register.reg_check_brain_mask module

Use reg_check_brain_mask from UNRAVEL for masking QC, copies autofluo_50um.nii.gz and autofluo_50_masked.nii.gz for each sample to a target directory.

Usage for copying to the current working directory:

reg_check_brain_mask [-d list of paths] [-p sample??] [-v]

Usage for copying to a target directory:

reg_check_brain_mask -td <target_output_dir> [-d list of paths] [-p sample??] [-v]
